Domestic Shipping
Order Processing Time
- Orders may take up to 3 days to be processed.
- Orders are processed 5 days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday.
- There may be delays if our store is closed for any period. Any such closures will be clearly displayed on our website.
Shipping Methods

- Vouchers purchased independently will be posted using Royal Mail. For all other packages, Yodel delivery services will be used.
- Depending on the size of your order, your delivery may be split into multiple packages.
Shipping Confirmation
- Tracking information will be sent to your email once the parcel has been registered for delivery. You can track the parcel from our door to yours.
Click and Collect
- To use Click and Collect, select this option when placing an order online or over the phone. Items are to be collected from:
- **Address:** 14 Godstall Lane, Chester, CH1 1LN
- When selecting Click and Collect, choose the date and time you wish to collect your parcels. Items will be ready for this time period.
- Parcels will be held for up to 1 week post-collection time. If not collected within this period, a refund will be issued.
- When placing an order, you will be prompted to select a date and time for collection. A reminder email will be sent, and items will be held for 1 week after this.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping. This will be updated as necessary.
Duties and Taxes
- You will be responsible for any duties and taxes required for products entering your country.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products purchased in-store or online.
- If you have a quality issue with a product purchased within 30 days, contact the store at 01244 575046 or shop@milbys.co.uk with details and pictures of the issue. A team member will advise on the next steps.
- If the product needs to be returned, we will either arrange for a carrier to collect it or you can drop it back to the shop.
- Returns for products with quality control issues will be handled and replaced free of charge. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted.
- Once the product is returned and the quality issue identified, we will arrange for a replacement within 5 working days. Delivery may take up to 10 working days.
Cancellations
- We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns if you change your mind about a purchase. Ensure you are completely satisfied before making payment.
- If there is a quality issue, we will resolve it. No cancellations, refunds, or replacements will be issued for any other reason.
